You became a therapist because you love the work.
But the admin? Insurance headaches, marketing yourself, managing systems, and carrying the weight of a business on top of clinical work?
That part might feel overwhelming, or quietly draining the joy out of what you do best.
At Mindful Healing Counseling, we believe therapists shouldn’t have to choose between loving their work and protecting their energy.
About Us
Mindful Healing Counseling is a fully virtual group practice serving clients across Illinois. We provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for adults, teens, and couples, especially women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ folks, and people navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
We are a values-driven, people-first practice with steady referrals and strong administrative support, so clinicians can focus on therapy, not running a business.
We currently have immediate openings for full-time and part-time therapists.
