Customer Service Representative
Natick, MA AREA | Full-Time | $20.00–$23.00 per hour
We're looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers and working in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails
- Make outbound follow-up calls
- Process orders, payments, and customer inquiries
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
Approximately 75% of this role is on the phone and 25% is administrative work.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Call center, billing, or order processing experience is a plus
