Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, fixtures, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met
- Care for floors through carpet cleaning, floor care routines, and appropriate use of cleaning equipment to preserve their appearance and longevity
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly, respecting privacy, and communicating effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures to promote a safe work environment
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control of supplies and reporting maintenance issues
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or housekeeper management is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Basic cooking skills are advantageous for preparing light refreshments or assisting with household chores as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks effectively
