Position Overview
We are seeking one more additional polished, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the first and last point of contact for our patients. This role is essential in creating a seamless, elevated experience while supporting the growth of our practice.
This is not a typical front desk position—we are looking for someone who is energetic, confident, proactive, and capable of guiding patients through their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage scheduling through Jane (appointments, confirmations, rescheduling)
- Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email in a timely manner
- Enforce office policies (including cancellation policy) with professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records and payment methods
- Educate patients on services, memberships, and treatment options
- Support providers by ensuring efficient daily flow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain a calm, confident, and professional presence
- High attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable discussing services and making recommendations
- Experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, or healthcare preferred
- Experience with Jane or similar scheduling software is a plus
Hours and Compensation
- We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8-5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8-4pm, Saturdays from 9-3pm, and closed on Sundays.
- This is intended to be a part-time position up to 24 hours per week
- $17–$19/hour (based on experience)
- Must have availability to work 2 Saturday shifts per month.
