Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations following physician orders.
- Produce high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout procedures.
- Maintain imaging equipment and report any operational issues.
- Accurately document procedures and patient information.
- Float to other departments or locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound or Radiologic Technology program.
- At least 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging is required.
- ARDMS certification required.
- Current BLS certification(preferred).
- Previous hospital experience preferred.
