Greet every guest within 30 seconds of entry - eye contact, smile, genuine welcome

Manage reservations and walk-ins accurately through the reservation system

Communicate wait times honestly - never guess, always verify

Seat guests thoughtfully - right table, right flow, right timing for servers

Know the full venue layout so you can direct guests anywhere with confidence

Answer questions about the menu, concepts, and venue without hesitation

Hold it together during peak hours - composure is your superpower

Coordinate with servers and managers on table readiness and availability
