Role Overview
Andrade's Clean Up is seeking an experienced and dependable Dump Truck Driver to support construction and cleanup operations throughout the area.
This is not a driving-only position. Successful candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, assisting with loading and unloading materials, supporting field crews, and performing general labor tasks when needed.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, hardworking, reliable, and willing to help wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently
- Transport debris, materials, and equipment between job sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Load, unload, and secure materials properly
- Dispose of debris at approved facilities
- Assist with job site cleanup and general labor as needed
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Maintain vehicle inspection and delivery records
- Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and field crews
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, safe condition
Qualifications
- Experience operating dump trucks or similar commercial vehicles
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL Class A is a plus
- Construction site experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Climb in and out of vehicles frequently
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor as needed
Schedule & Pay
✅ Monday-Friday (6:00 AM-5:00 PM)
✅ Some Saturdays as needed
✅ Full-time, year-round work
✅ Daily rate + performance-based bonuses
✅ Local routes only
✅ Home every night
