Duties
- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections to ensure prompt cash flow.
- Reconcile customer accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries and resolve disputes swiftly.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions using advanced financial software systems.
- Follow up on overdue accounts through courteous and professional communication to secure outstanding payments.
- Prepare detailed reports on receivables status, aging analysis, and collection activities for management review.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the receivables function.
Experience
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- VIP software experience preferred but not a requirement.
- Proficiency with financial software platforms, with a focus on accounts receivable modules.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze financial data critically and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures related to receivables management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and prioritization.
