Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for supporting children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavioral intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will directly contribute to improving client outcomes through data-driven strategies, comprehensive assessments, and collaborative care. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote skill development and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure evidence-based practices are maintained throughout therapy.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure fidelity of interventions and adherence to ethical standards.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to facilitate consistent implementation of behavioral strategies across settings such as home, school, or community environments.
- Conduct client assessments including diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Support clients through intake processes, initial evaluations, and ongoing progress reviews while maintaining a focus on patient care and client communication.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessment methods.
- Experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and experience working within healthcare or educational settings such as schools or clinics.
- Familiarity with data collection tools, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Home-based behavioral experience is advantageous along with clinical supervision skills for training staff or interns.
- Excellent client communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams dedicated to behavioral health support for children with disabilities.

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
