Laughter and Language, LLC is looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists to join our Early Intervention team (Birth to Three). We are a growing company that offers competitive pay with a highly flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services in homes, childcare centers, and community settings
- Utilize a family coaching model to support caregiver implementation of strategies
- Collaborate with families and Early Intervention team members to support IFSP outcomes
- Complete session documentation and required county paperwork in a timely manner
- Participate in IFSP meetings, annual reviews, and team collaboration as needed
- Maintain compliance with county and state Early Intervention requirements
- Communicate professionally with families, service coordinators, and team members
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Pennsylvania SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Pediatric and/or Early Intervention experience preferred but not required
