Duties

- Handle internal communication among staff, providers, and clients to ensure timely information exchange
- Perform data entry into electronic health records (EHR) systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with insurance third-party billing processes, including verifying coverage and submitting claims
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone and written correspondence
- Support revenue cycle management activities by tracking payments, claims status, and follow-up actions
- Maintain organized records of client documentation, medical terminology references, and billing information
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience within healthcare settings is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of managed care processes and health insurance terminology

Pay: $18.00 per hour
