Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents
- Maintain case files and manage deadlines
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and client meetings
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
What We're Looking For:
· Experience in a legal setting (family law a plus!)
· Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
· Comfort with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication and client service skills
