Victory Christian Academy is seeking a caring, energetic, and organized Pre-K4 Teacher for the upcoming school year. We are looking for a teacher who loves young children, values Christian education, and is committed to helping students grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing, structured classroom environment
- Teach foundational literacy, math, and readiness skills
- Integrate biblical values and Christian character development throughout the school day
- Communicate effectively with parents and administration
- Maintain classroom records and student progress reports
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Teaching experience with preschool or early elementary students preferred
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Personal commitment to Christian values
