Rag-O-Rama is a clothing resale store located in the heart of Little Five Points, specializing in gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories. We offer a fun, fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same. Every day brings new merchandise, new customers, and new opportunities to learn. You'll help customers discover one-of-a-kind fashion finds while playing an important role in promoting sustainable fashion through resale.

Job Responsibilities
- Reports to managers.
- Understands all store policies and procedures.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
- Provides exceptional customer service by greeting customers and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
- Demonstrates excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Maintains an active floor presence by engaging with customers, assisting with fitting rooms, and keeping the sales floor organized.
- Creates and maintains clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays while understanding product placement throughout the store.
- Performs proper Sensormatic procedures, including applying and removing sensors and responding appropriately to suspicious activity.
- Assists in the preparation and execution of physical inventory.
- Helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both customers and employees.
- Demonstrates professional, courteous, and informative telephone etiquette.
- Participates in boxing, unboxing, and processing merchandise shipments.
- Assists customers in and out of fitting rooms efficiently.
- Processes transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Tags, sensors, hangs, and processes merchandise in a timely manner.
- Straightens merchandise and maintains the sales floor with a sense of urgency.
- Returns merchandise to its proper location promptly.
- Completes opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the success of the store and team.
