Our practice is looking to hire a top-notch part-time dental hygienist to be a part of our small but mighty team. The patients in our office are wonderful and we are looking for an equally amazing hygienist to match! We are looking for someone that we can trust to take care of people in a gentle, personal, and thorough manner. As a private practice, we have the luxury of not having some of the double-column hygiene load and production quotas that some of our corporate friends need to use. We just focus on providing a good experience and excellent care for our patients.
Our ideal candidate is a warm and caring person who enjoys being a part of a team accustomed to helping each other and putting patient care, relationships, and teamwork first. A solid work ethic with a genuine upbeat attitude and the desire to work in a positive team-oriented environment will be keys to success in this position.
We are looking for someone who is flexible in working 2-3 days per week to start in order to help meet growing demand for our services from our amazing and grateful patients. A consistent 3rd day (or more) of hygiene work per week is the goal and would depend on practice growth and of course your availability and desire to fill that additional day. Looking for someone willing to help us patiently grow and providing excellent patient care together with top-notch team work.
Please send your resume, your references, and your compensation expectations by email. Our team wants to see you succeed here with us and will work with you as you give your best effort. Even being a part-time position, there are still benefits to enjoy and we look forward to discussing these with you soon!
Thanks, and we look forward to speaking with you soon!
