PSALM SERVICES LLC is in need of CLEANERS (Residential & Business) for day time and evening shifts:
- Seeking help for a mix of mainly commercial accounts and some residential.
- I have multiple shifts in need: I have some customers that want to start as early as 7 AM, some standard business hours, and others that need to be done in evening or weekends.
- I have needs for both full time and part time. Some roles that could start as part-time eventually leading to full time.
- Starting pay: $18 - $20 hour for cleaning time with additional bonus options + trip charges
- Can pay as W2 or 1099. I do not pay in cash. Paid weekly on Fridays. Payroll after 90 days.
- Pending Benefit Options including Health Insurance, paid holidays and personal time off, legal services, bonuses, advancement programs.
- Company vehicles , supplies, and equipment supplied
- Experience preferred. We will train if truly committed. You MUST be detail oriented and MUST be able to follow detailed instructions.
- English preferred, but NOT necessary. Classes available for non English speaking.
- Must be willing to commit availability to schedule. This is NOT flex time!

Candidate Requirements:
- Cleaning; Janitorial experience helpful, but not required. If you have never cleaned your own home or car, or something, you are probably not a good candidate
- Transportation - REQUIREMENT to have transportation to and from Berea (Cuyahoga County) area on a daily basis.
