We are looking for dependable, compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide in-home care throughout Claiborne and Union Counties. Whether you have years of experience or are just starting out, this is your chance to be part of a mission-driven organization where your work truly matters.
What We Offer
- $15.00–$16.00 per hour (based on experience & availability)
- Flexible scheduling: work 20–45 hours per week with 2–8 hour shifts

What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Prepare meals & offer medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help ensure clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes
What You Need
- Must be 18 years or older
- Compassionate and reliable attitude
- Valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Auto insurance with at least $50,000 liability coverage
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Caregiving experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person!
