Our client is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate – Line Packer to join their team in Chambersburg, PA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the packaging and palletizing process, ensuring all products meet strict customer and USDA specifications. The Day-to-Day:
- Stage packaging materials such as boxes, trays, pallets, and labels
- Accurately label boxes according to customer specifications
- Pack and seal boxes in accordance with required standards
- Palletize finished goods securely and neatly per customer instructions
- Monitor product date codes and report any illegibility immediately
- Support teammates and maintain workflow efficiency by moving between lines when necessary
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- **Must be bilingual in English and Spanish**
- Must be able to work efficiently in a cold and wet production environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math skills
- Previous experience in a food production or packaging environment is a plus, but not required

- Monday to Friday (hours may vary depending on production demands and end-of-line completion)
- Overtime available
