Dick Scott Collision in Plymouth is expanding and looking to add experienced, State of Michigan Certified Auto Body Technicians to our team. This opportunity is ideal for technicians who value quality workmanship, ethical repairs, and long-term career growth.
Our collision center is a modern, off-site repair facility focused strictly on collision work—no restoration or rust repair. We prioritize efficiency, teamwork, and excellent customer care, all while supporting a strong work-life balance.

What We’re Looking For
- State of Michigan Body Repair Certification (required)
- Previous experience in collision repair preferred
- Solid understanding of body repair procedures and shop tools
- Technician-owned tools required
- I-CAR training is a plus
- Team-focused mindset with attention to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
