If you're an A-level European technician, you probably aren't looking for a job.
You're looking for a reason to leave the one you already have.
Maybe you're tired of diagnosing the difficult problems while someone else gets the credit.
Maybe you're tired of working in a shop where the best technician makes the least because the service advisor can't sell the work.
Maybe you're tired of being told to "make it work" without the proper factory software, specialty tools, or diagnostic equipment.
Maybe you're simply ready to work somewhere that respects your skill.
If that's you, keep reading.
At Vaughan Automotive, we specialize exclusively in European vehicles. Mercedes-Benz. BMW. Audi. Volkswagen. Porsche. Land Rover.
We didn't build this shop to be the biggest.
We built it to be one of the best.
Our reputation has been earned by solving problems that other shops and dealerships often can't. That means we need technicians who enjoy diagnosing complex drivability concerns, electrical faults, engine performance issues, and advanced mechanical repairs—not technicians who simply replace parts.
We invest heavily in our equipment because we expect our technicians to perform at the highest level. If the proper factory tool exists, we own it. If there's a better diagnostic tool available, we'll buy it.
Just as importantly, we've built systems that allow technicians to succeed.
Our advisors understand diagnostics.
Our inspections are thorough.
Our clients trust our recommendations.
That means the work you identify actually gets approved.
Compensation
Our pay plan is designed for high producers.
If you're an experienced European master technician who can accurately diagnose and efficiently repair vehicles, you should expect to earn $120,000+ annually, with room to earn considerably more.
We don't believe great technicians should have to fight for hours or rely on luck to make a good living.
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced European technician (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, or Land Rover)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- Pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time
- Team-first attitude
- Professional appearance and communication
- Clean driving record
- ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus, but proven ability matters more.
We're not looking for someone to fill an empty bay.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a career with a shop that's committed to being the best independent European repair facility in Atlanta.
If you're respected where you are, paid well, and genuinely happy, we're happy for you.
But if you know you're capable of more—and you're looking for a shop that invests in its people as much as it invests in its equipment—we'd love to have a confidential conversation.
