Stile by Per Lei is excited to grow our team! We are currently accepting applications for skilled retail stylists in our Glen Mills, Wayne, Media, Newtown Square, Ardmore, Greenville DE locations for immediate start. Availability must be consistent weekly. The Stile Stylist is responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, building relationships with clients, and using product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create an exceptional in-store experience for all customers by building confidence, providing product knowledge, and engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Contribute to an optimistic, high-energy, team-oriented store atmosphere.
- Educate customers on products to enhance engagement and maximize sales.
- Assist customers by suggesting styles, trends, and current promotions that fit their individual needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain a book of clients through strong relationship-building and personalized outreach.
- Utilize the One Shop app to communicate with customers regarding new arrivals and promotions.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system and iPad technology.
- Operate the store independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Support team members by assisting with store tasks and customer interactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor and fitting room environment.
- Protect inventory integrity through proper merchandise handling and organization.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Understand and follow all Stile policies and procedures.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong fashion sense and confidence in styling clients.
- Initiative and ability to develop repeat customers.
- Motivation and drive to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively.
- Effective time-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using technology, including POS systems, client outreach apps, and spreadsheets.
Hours & Availability:
- Must maintain a minimum of two shifts per week.
- Must be available to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holiday weekends.
- Consistent, year-round availability is preferred.
Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour
