We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist who understands the basic language of tax accounting but thrives on selling, networking, and onboarding new clients. You don't need to be a CPA or a master tax strategist; we need your charisma, drive, and ability to connect with clients to help grow our business.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients, promoting our tax services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Develop new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies, leveraging telemarketing and inside sales techniques
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and follow up effectively
- Engage customers through consultative conversations, understanding their needs and presenting tailored tax solutions
- Negotiate service agreements and close sales by demonstrating value and building trust with clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target audiences and optimize outreach campaigns
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by responding promptly to inquiries and providing clear information about our services
Requirements
- Proven experience in tax services sales, preferably with H&R Block or similar organizations
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, technology sales, or technical sales is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques
- Demonstrated success in inside sales, business development, and customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously and follow through diligently
