CNC Machinist – First Shift
We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing team. This is a first-shift position in a small, team-oriented machine shop where your skills and experience are valued. Our work consists primarily of machining aluminum, providing a clean, organized, and consistent production environment with a variety of precision projects. We take pride in maintaining a positive workplace where employees are respected, communication is straightforward, and quality craftsmanship is appreciated.
In this role, you'll set up, operate, program, and maintain Haas CNC equipment to manufacture high-precision components that meet exact specifications. You'll read and interpret blueprints, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot machining processes, and work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure efficient, accurate results. Experience with Creative Controls and WorkNC programming is a plus but not required.
