What you'll do:
- Own and drive the product vision and strategy for a complex product family within the Offsite Ads Product portfolio, aligning advertiser needs with business goals and technology capabilities.

Lead multiple internal and partner cross functional teams through the full lifecycle, from discovery to value realization, ensuring measurable outcomes and financial accountability.

Manage cross-functional trade-offs, balancing scope, feasibility, cost, and time-to-value while guiding product roadmaps and prioritization.

Champion data-driven decision making by defining metrics, leveraging analytics, and applying experimentation to optimize product performance.
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of experience leading product vision and strategy for complex product families within Adtech/Martech, driving multi-year roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration with cross-functional teams.

Strong expertise in data-driven decision making, including defining outcome-based metrics, experimentation, and leveraging AI capabilities.

Demonstrated success in coaching and developing product talent, fostering high-performing teams, and influencing stakeholders.

Skilled in balancing technical feasibility, cost, quality, and time-to-value while managing trade-offs at scale.

Experience owning P&L implications and translating product strategy into measurable financial outcomes.
