The Verizon Sales Associate role puts you at the center of that work. You'll be out with customers, building trust quickly, and helping customers find the right fit with Verizon's services. If you're the kind of person who gets energy from a great conversation and satisfaction from seeing something through, this role will feel natural.
What you'll actually be doing as Verizon Sales Associate:
- Representing Verizon while executing residential sales activities throughout California and the surrounding areas
- Engaging with potential customers in a genuine, consultative way - listening first, then matching them to the right services
- Guiding customers through the sign-up process on the spot
- Collaborating with your team to keep sales campaigns sharp, share what's working, and make real-time adjustments
- Building strong product knowledge so you can answer questions confidently and customers leave feeling taken care of
- Tracking your own progress toward daily and weekly goals, using the numbers to stay motivated and improve
Who tends to do well here as a Verizon Sales Associate:
Prior customer service experience helps, but we've seen people with none outperform people with years of it. Attitude travels further than a resume.
