Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Experience with dealership environments and advanced automotive technologies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotation, and brake repair.
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Work on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, suspension, and shocks & struts.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about repairs needed and answering any questions customers may have.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Technician certification is a plus.
- Experience with Toyota and Asian vehicles and general.
- Experience with Euro cars and Diesel engines is a plus.
- Technician must be able to perform diagnostics with a scan tool.
- Knowledge of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
