Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering high-quality preventive care while educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
Opportunities are available at one or more of our locations, depending on candidate preference and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and document findings
- Take and review dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist the dentist with exams and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
