- Unit Turns (Make-Ready): Efficiently perform apartment turnovers — including painting, drywall repair, flooring, and final inspection — to meet company standards for new residents.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing to keep the property in top condition.
- Grounds & Safety: Maintain building exteriors and common areas, and ensure ongoing safety compliance throughout the community.
- On-Call: Participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance schedule.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certificate.
- HVAC Certification and hands-on HVAC experience.
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) credential.
- Background in maintenance technology or a related field.
