Client Liaison (Troy, MI)
Summary – The Client Liaison serves as the dedicated point of contact for Business Agents, Trustees, and Plan Managers, ensuring a streamlined, responsive, and high-touch service experience. This role provides personalized, proactive support, manages escalated issues, and coordinates across internal teams to deliver timely resolutions and maintain strong client relationships.
Essential Duties include but not limited to
- Act as the primary contact for Business Agents and Trustees on escalated member issues.
- Manage and resolve complex issues in collaboration with Benefit Specialists, Plan Managers, and other internal teams.
- Coordinate with the Programming team to address system issues and implement plan changes.
- Maintain open and consistent communication between all stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth execution of updates, rollouts, and enhancements, keeping all BeneSys departments informed of important plan changes and procedural updates.
- Establish and manage a dedicated Trustee/Business Agent hotline for MRCC-related inquiries.
- Provide timely updates on progress, changes, and escalations to clients.
- Process mail, checks, and invoices.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Expert in healthcare terminology and insurance policies
- A passion for advocating for others and making a difference.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in client services or liaison roles within healthcare, benefits administration, or related industries.
- Familiarity with union environments and benefit plan structures.
- Technical aptitude for understanding system processes and coordinating updates.

Work Environment - Fast paced environment. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team. Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
Work Schedule - Full time. Monday – Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. Required in office (no at home days). Occasional travel may be required.

Pay - The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year. Actual salary is dependent on skills, experience, education, and other business factors.
