The Opportunity
This is a highly visible field-based position serving golf courses, country clubs, municipalities, sports turf facilities, and parks departments throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
You will be provided access to Pure Turf equipment and trained to perform demonstrations, support equipment deliveries, assist with turf service operations, maintain and service Pure Turf equipment, build customer relationships, and generate sales opportunities throughout your territory.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in both equipment sales and professional turf care services while becoming a trusted resource to golf course and sports turf professionals throughout the region.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain relationships with golf course superintendents, assistant superintendents, sports turf managers, parks and recreation departments, and grounds professionals throughout the territory.
Schedule and conduct equipment demonstrations for prospective customers.
Assist with and participate in aerification, topdressing, and other turf service operations when needed.
Deliver equipment and assist with customer onboarding and training.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs on Pure Turf equipment, including sweepers, aerifiers, topdressers, and related machinery.
Maintain equipment readiness through preventative maintenance, replacement of wear parts, belt changes, oil changes, equipment adjustments, and basic field repairs.
Represent Pure Turf at industry events, field days, trade shows, customer demonstrations, and service projects.
Identify customer needs and recommend equipment and service solutions that improve efficiency, reduce labor requirements, and enhance turf conditions.
Coordinate with the Pure Turf team to ensure excellent customer support and follow-through.
Travel throughout the DFW region and surrounding markets to support customers, service operations, equipment demonstrations, and sales opportunities.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
