Daily responsibilities for receptionist to include:
*Greeting customers and handling dogs
*Inputting client records into our software
*Making boarding reservations and checking the dog and his/her belongings in properly
*Filing
*Processing payment
*Tidying and cleaning of lobby space
Must be detail orientated with great communication skills. Preferred background in customer service.
Must be comfortable handling large and small dogs as well as groups of dogs. Also must be able to lift approx 50 lbs, bend repeatedly.
Our team is fun and laid-back, but also works hard each and every day to provide the best care possible to the dogs in our care.
