Job Title: Elementary School Teacher
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to student success, a deep understanding of child development, and the ability to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and respected
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction as needed to ensure mastery of learning objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continue growing as an educator
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Valid Indiana Elementary teaching license
- Previous experience working with elementary school students
- Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in elementary education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families
- Commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning
- Must be well-versed in the Science of Reading
