We are seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates that are licensed as a California Life and Health Insurance Agent to work in our Irvine office. You will be enrolling employees in their employer offered benefits.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- High level of professionalism and a positive demeanor
This is a full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm position, managing large amounts of outbound and incoming calls.
We are interested in hiring an individual with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving insurance products and services
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product and/or company policy changes
- Input employee data accurately and proficiently into enrollment software platforms
