This is NOT your typical automotive sales job. We are paying big money for big effort — an unheard-of base in this industry — because we expect you to perform at the highest level from day one. This role is for a prospecting guru who knows how to build a book of business fast, generate their own pipeline, and have appointments booked in their very first week.

- You have proven experience using social media to prospect, engage, and convert leads into appointments and sales

- You follow up like a pro and build relationships that create repeat business and referrals
- Experience in automotive or luxury sales a plus — but your hustle, discipline, and track record matter most

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of generating your own business
- College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
- 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
