We're looking for a Director of Private Client Experiences & Partnerships -
A relationship-driven sales professional who already moves comfortably in affluent networks and knows how to connect the right people with extraordinary experiences.
This is a sales role - part-time or full-time - focused on:
-Generating qualified bookings and building a private client pipeline
-Developing strategic partnerships with luxury travel advisors, family offices, concierge networks, and corporate retreat planners
-Representing New Tree Ranch with warmth, discretion, and results
The ideal candidate comes from luxury hospitality, private clubs, wealth management, experiential travel, or high-end retreat programming.
Compensation is flexible: base + commission, or commission-based - structured to reward performance.
