Physical Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient clinic in Plano, TX (75075)! Compensation and Benefits
- Up to $110,000 annual salary, based on experience

Schedule and Work Environment
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Up to 12 patients per day
- One-on-one care in 45-minute treatment blocks
- 100% outpatient setting focused on health and wellness
- Patient population includes adults through geriatrics
- EMR system: WebPT
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized, unique treatment plans for ortho, neuro, and vestibular conditions
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care to improve function, reduce pain, and reduce fall risks
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and wellness preventative care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using clinical documentation
- Manage clinical operations effectively as the primary therapist on-site
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain)
- Experience or a strong clinical interest in vestibular and balance therapy
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, unique one-on-one care plans
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Open to all experience levels—both new graduates and experienced clinicians are highly encouraged to apply!
