Avenues Home Care is looking for an energetic, organized, and results-driven Recruiter to help us attract and hire compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and healthcare professionals who provide exceptional care to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Recruit Caregivers, CNAs, and other home health professionals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.
- Build relationships with local schools, workforce organizations, and community partners.
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms.
- Maintain applicant tracking and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Partner with leadership to meet staffing goals and hiring deadlines.
- Help develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred.
- Home Health or Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Bachelors Degree preferred or some college hours
