Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team. Duties
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using accounting software. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliation to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and record journal entries, handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Process payroll efficiently for 20 + employees.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and ensure all debits & credits are properly recorded in accordance with double-entry bookkeeping standards.
- Generate detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and budget variance analyses to support organizational decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting processes and provide financial insights to leadership for strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-charge bookkeeping with proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Demonstrated expertise in bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, general ledger accounting, and financial report writing.
- Familiarity with technical accounting concepts such as double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, debits & credits, and account analysis.
- Experience handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, tax filings, and budget management.
- Strong communication skills for preparing clear financial reports and collaborating across teams.
