Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food items while adhering to proper sanitation standards.
- Ensure all tables are clean and properly set for guests.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating culinary skills when required.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Promote menu items and specials to increase sales opportunities.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Experience working in a nightclub or high-energy environment is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
