Machine Operator

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (for candidates with no prior relevant experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | Friday 6:00 AM–3:30 PM (3 day weekend opportunities)
Position Summary
We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operator.
No experience? That’s okay — we’ll provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Read tool prints and router sheets
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers
- Perform machine set-ups
- Mount and change grinding wheels
- Follow safety and quality standards in daily operations
(All duties are taught through on-the-job training — perfect for someone eager to learn a trade!)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 lbs when transporting tool trays
- Stand for 9–10 hours per day
- Tolerate warm temperatures during summer months
- Good corrected vision and hearing
Pay & Advancement
- Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
