Requirements of this Estimator role:
- Degree in civil engineering
- 10+ years’ experience in an estimating role
- iSqFt proficiency preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- You must have an eye for detail and possess strong multitasking skills
- Previous estimating experience on multifamily, municipal and educational projects
- Established relationships with local subcontractors
