Corporate Compliance Officer RN
AHF Management is currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse for the position of Corporate Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in clinical oversight for multiple skilled nursing facilities.
The Corporate Compliance Officer responsibilities include:
· Evaluate facility compliance with CMS regulations
· Lead corporate compliance committee
· Conduct weekly facility site visits to monitor for compliance and follow up with action plans
· Monitor QAPI, performance improvement and root cause analysis
· Complete facility and company reports as required
· Train and support facility nurse management
· Assist with survey preparation and plans of correction
Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
