About The Role
We are currently seeking 5 Digital Talent Scouts to help identify and recruit high-potential creators and brand personalities into the Scoopaveli League ecosystem.
This is a flexible, performance-based contract opportunity ideal for individuals experienced in:
- creator networking
- social media culture
- recruiting
- nightlife promotion
- brand ambassador work
- influencer outreach
- talent scouting
CTAs operate as independent talent scouts responsible for helping expand the League pipeline through athlete discovery and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential digital talent across Instagram, TikTok, and local markets
- Introduce prospects to the Scoopaveli League ecosystem
- Guide interested applicants through the registration process
- Maintain professional communication standards
- Help grow the League pipeline through consistent outreach and networking
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based contract role.
Compensation may include:
- Verified registration commissions
- Supporter retention bonuses
- Audience activation bonuses
- Conversion incentives
Top-performing scouts may earn $1,000+ monthly through consistent production and athlete pipeline growth.
Top-performing scouts may receive leadership consideration, expanded territory access, and priority opportunities within the League’s network
