Job Summary

Duties
- Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and specialized software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace with precision and speed
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer support
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk responsibilities
- Proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before final submission
- Support client communication efforts through phone conversations, email correspondence, and data entry tasks
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties using accounting software to track transactions and maintain financial records
Experience
- Proven clerical experience in an office environment with a focus on data entry and administrative support
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and productivity tools like Google Workspace
- Experience working with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed; excellent proofreading abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service roles, including front desk or medical/dental receptionist positions, is a plus
- Bilingual skills are advantageous for effective client communication in diverse settings
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
