Job Summary
iTherapy is hiring a motivated SLPA or SLP to join our small, supportive clinic on quiet Mare Island in Vallejo. We specialize in early intervention with small, easy caseloads and a flexible mix of in-clinic and telehealth sessions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a balanced, low-stress workload while making a meaningful impact with young children and their families. What we offer:

Requirements:
- Current CA SLPA or SLP license (or eligible)
- Spanish-speaking is a big plus (but not required)
- Passion for working with young children and families
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy interventions tailored to each child's unique communication needs within early intervention settings.
- Communicate effectively with families in both languages to explain therapy goals, progress, and strategies for home practice.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in coordinating therapy schedules and ensuring timely delivery of services to maximize developmental gains.
- Stay informed about current best practices in pediatrics, physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and early intervention strategies to enhance service quality.
