We turn unbuilt or in-progress spaces into something prospective residents can see, feel, and commit to.
Seenic is our immersive leasing technology platform, which gives our clients new ways to bring their properties to life. As we grow, we're investing heavily in the client experience, and that starts with a world-class account management team.
Job Overview
This is a client-facing role focused on one thing above all: making our clients so successful that they never want to leave. You'll own a book of accounts and be the person our clients trust to deliver, to advocate for them internally, and to help them get more value out of what we do.
This isn't a passive "check-in" role. You'll be measured on retention, account health, and growth. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our production team to make sure work ships on time and to spec, you'll run a disciplined cadence inside HubSpot, and you'll spot opportunities to expand relationships, including introducing clients to Seenic's leasing tools where they're a fit.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of accounts end to end from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Drive retention. Build relationships strong enough to weather the occasional bump, anticipate risk before it becomes churn, and act on it.
- Manage account health. Maintain health scores across your book, tier your accounts by priority and opportunity, and run differentiated cadences accordingly, all tracked natively in HubSpot.
- Partner closely with production. Stay ahead of project status, flag issues early, and make sure delivery matches what the client expects. You're the bridge between the client and the people doing the work.
- Grow your accounts. Identify and develop expansion opportunities, manage your expansion pipeline, and convert qualified clients onto the Seenic platform.
- Own the handoff. Take a clean baton from the sales team and turn new logos into long-term, growing relationships.
- Close the loop on feedback. Capture the voice of the customer and feed it back into how we improve the product and the experience.
What Success Looks Like
- 30 days: Ramped on our products, pricing, and process; introduced to your book; fluent in our workflows.
- 60 days: Running your account cadences independently, with health scores and tiering in place across your portfolio.
- 90 days: Demonstrable improvement in account health and retention signals; an active, qualified expansion pipeline; first Seenic conversations underway.
Who You Are
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or a comparable client-facing role ideally for a services, creative production, SaaS, or proptech business.
- A relationship builder first. Clients trust you, and you genuinely care whether they win.
- Organized and systems-minded. You like running a clean book of business and you're comfortable living in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a strong plus).
- Commercially sharp. You can spot an expansion opportunity and have the conversation that earns it without being pushy.
- Calm under pressure and great at coordinating across teams to solve problems for the client.
- Clear, proactive communicator who closes loops and follows through.
Nice to Have
- Experience in or around multifamily real estate, CRE, proptech, or architecture/visualization.
- Familiarity with SaaS or platform products and the customer journey from adoption to expansion.
- Experience working alongside creative or production teams.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
