Spavia Greater Morristown offers therapists consistent bookings and strong income potential. Most services are advanced or extended treatments, meaning higher pay and better gratuities. Full schedules, strong tips, and a loyal guest base allow experienced therapists working about 30 hours per week to earn $70K–$75K+ annually.
- Avg pay per 60-min massage: $52–$62 (includes gratuity)
- Advanced/extended treatments: Up to $80 for 80–100 min services

- W-2 position — we handle marketing, scheduling, linens, and supplies so you can focus on massage

60 min: $52–$56
Advanced Deep Tissue / Sports / Salt Stone
60 min: $57–$61
Extended Modalities
80–100 min: $63–$80

What You’ll Do
- Provide customized massages including Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more
- Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and CBD) & memberships to support guests wellness goals
- Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
- Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes
- Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
