Bullman Heating and Air is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support our residential and light commercial operations in the Asheville, NC area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and knows how to keep technicians scheduled, informed, and productive.
If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and great on the phone, this is a key role on our operations team.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service and installations
Dispatch technicians efficiently for residential and light commercial calls
Manage daily schedules to maximize productivity and response times
Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details, updates, and changes
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after appointments
Accurately enter and update customer and job information in the system
Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
Support the service and installation teams as needed
Represent Bullman with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
Previous CSR, dispatch, or call-center experience (home services preferred)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using scheduling software and computer systems
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume periods
