No professional woodworking experience is required. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work well with a small team.

Job Description
You’ll work with a variety of woodworking tools, including random orbit sanders, belt sanders, table routers, hand routers, table saws, bandsaws, power drills, screwdrivers, and other shop equipment.
Responsibilities
- Sand, route, drill, cut, and finish wood parts
- Follow product specs and shop procedures
- Coordinate work with other team members
- Take production direction from the Shop Foreman
- Update production information in Google Sheets
- Use Slack for team communication and planning
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Qualifications
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Works well with a team
- Able to follow instructions
- Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a loud, hot shop environment
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license

Application Question(s):
- This is a physically demanding woodshop position. You may spend long periods standing, gripping and controlling vibrating tools such as sanders, lifting materials up to 50 lbs, and working in a hot, loud environment where sawdust may be present in the air. Are you comfortable regularly working under these conditions?
- This is a small-team environment where you’ll need to coordinate work with others, take direction from the Shop Foreman, and be open to learning new processes. Are you comfortable working this way?
- This job requires regularly using Google Sheets to update production information and Slack for team communication and planning. You’ll need to access these tools from your own phone while working. Are you comfortable using both tools as part of your day-to-day work?
