Industrial Maintenance Technician at Fitzpatrick & Weller, Inc. – Ellicottville, NY.
Fitzpatrick & Weller, Inc. is a manufacturer of hardwood lumber and component parts. We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team.
Candidates Must:
- Be mechanically inclined
- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience with machine repairs, in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Provide a work history that demonstrates the ability to operate in a position of responsibility
Job Duties Include:
- Perform and document preventative maintenance checks
- Assist our Maintenance Team in routine machinery and equipment repairs for optimal safety and efficiency of operations.
- Daily machinery repairs, as needed
- Maintain boiler operations
- Snow plowing driveways and parking lots in the winter
This job is typically Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day. There are occasional opportunities for over-time, and you may sometimes be called-in to assist with unexpected repairs in the evenings or on the weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
